To create release notes in Bitbucket, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your Bitbucket repository.
2. Click on the "Releases" tab in the top navigation bar.
3. Click on the "Create a release" button.
4. Fill in the release details such as version number, release name, and release date.
5. Add a description for the release notes in the "Release notes" section.
6. You can also attach any necessary files or add links to related resources.
7. Click on the "Save release" button to create and publish your release notes.

Your release notes will now be available in the Releases section of your Bitbucket repository for others to review and reference.
