To show only thumbnails of selected product variant in Shopify, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to your Shopify admin dashboard and navigate to the product page of the product that you want to customize.
2. Click on the product that has multiple variants.
3. Scroll down to the "Variants" section and select the variant for which you want to show only thumbnails.
4. Click on the "Edit" button next to the variant.
5. Scroll down to the "Images" section and remove all the images except for the thumbnail images that you want to show for that particular variant.
6. Save the changes.
7. Repeat the above steps for each variant that you want to show only thumbnails for.
