To override the default "Contact Us" page in Shopify, you will need to create a new page template in your theme and customize it according to your needs. Here's how you can do it:

1. Go to your Shopify dashboard and navigate to Online Store > Themes.
2. Find the theme you want to edit and click on the Actions dropdown menu, then select Edit Code.
3. In the Templates section on the left side of the screen, click on Add a new template.
4. Choose Page from the dropdown menu and give your new template a name (e.g. custom-contact-us).
5. Edit the new template file and customize it with your desired content and design. You can use HTML, CSS, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language) to create the layout you want.
6. Once you have finished customizing the template, save your changes.
7. Go back to the Shopify dashboard and create a new page by navigating to Online Store > Pages and clicking on Add Page.
8. In the Template section of the page editor, select the custom-contact-us template you just created.
9. Add your content and save the page.
10. Finally, edit your navigation menu to link to the new Contact Us page you just created.

That's it! You have successfully overridden the default "Contact Us" page in Shopify with your customized version.
