To force caching in Chrome, you can do the following:

  1. Open Chrome and go to the website you want to cache.
  2. Right-click on the page and select "Inspect" to open the developer tools.
  3. In the developer tools, click on the "Network" tab.
  4. Check the box next to "Disable cache."
  5. Reload the page by clicking on the refresh button or pressing Ctrl + R.

This will force Chrome to cache the website content even if it is set to not cache by default.
