To add a product sorting dropdown in WooCommerce, follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.
2. Click on the "Products" tab and then click on the "Display" sub-tab.
3. Look for the "Default Product Sorting" option and change it to "Default sorting (custom ordering + name)".
4. Save changes.
5. Now, go to Appearance > Customize in your WordPress dashboard.
6. Click on "WooCommerce" and then click on "Product Catalog".
