To add a discount at the cart page in Shopify, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
2. Go to the "Discounts" section in the left sidebar.
3. Click on the "Create discount" button.
4. Choose the type of discount you want to offer (e.g. percentage discount, fixed amount discount).
5. Enter the discount details such as the discount amount, minimum purchase amount, and expiration date.
6. Under "Customer eligibility," select who can use the discount (e.g. all customers, specific customers, or customer groups).
7. Under "Usage limits," set the maximum number of times the discount can be used.
8. Click on the "Save" button to create the discount.
9. Once the discount is created, customers can apply the discount at the cart page by entering the discount code in the "Discount code" field and clicking on the "Apply" button.
